TACHI-S was founded in 1954 as Tachikawa Springs Co., Ltd. as a company that handled spring parts necessary for
assembling automobile seats. Since its establishment in 1954, we have continued its journey as an integrated
automobile seat manufacturer (from design/ development to production) while gaining the trust from many customers. We
are doing business with them both domestically and internationally

History
This year, 2024, marks TACHI-S's 70th anniversary since its founding. The underlying spirit of "Mutual respect and

TACHI-S is an independent automotive seat manufacturer. We have been doing business with many customers in
Japan and overseas. We meet a wide range of customer needs through our unique technologies, development capabilities,
and manufacturing capabilities. In some of our business operations, we are also able to flexibly manage businesses by
leveraging the strengths of each of our partners in response to the business environment and strategies.

Financial performance (on a consolidated basis)
In the Transformative Value Evolution (TVE) mid-term management plan, the plan targets net sales of 270 billion yen
and operating income of 9-10 billion yen for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025.
We are also committed to management that focuses on capital efficiency, with a goal of 8% ROE and a stretched target
of 10% ROE. DOE is planned for 4% in terms of shareholder returns.

Going forward
TACHI-S is currently working on its mid-term management plan "Transformative Value Evolution (TVE)" for fiscal years
2021 - 2024. TACHI-S aims to improve its corporate value by transforming its operations through "Deepening" in the
existing automobile seat business domain and then use the results of “Deepening” for expansion of its
business domain by creating innovations that lead to new value through "Renewing" and "Innovating“. We will
return the results of these efforts to each stakeholder and make investments for growth.
