TACHI-S Hosted a Plant Tour and Strategy Briefing at Musashi Plant and the Headquarters / Technical Monozukuri Center

 TACHI-S Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Yuichiro Yamamoto; Headquarters: Ome City, Tokyo) organized a plant tour and strategy briefing for investors, analysts, and members of the media at the Musashi Plant (Iruma City, Saitama Prefecture) and its Headquarters / Technical Monozukuri Center (hereinafter “Headquarters”) on March 13, 2026.

 The visit was held to deepen participants’ understanding of initiatives being taken under Transformative Value Evolution (TVE) Wave 2 2027, the Company’s medium-term management plan in the area of business portfolio transformation consisting of the “Three Shinkha” framework (Deepening, Evolving, and Renewing).
In particular, the visit focused on “Deepening” domain (Manufacturing Competitiveness Enhancement 2.0).
At the Musashi Plant, participants observed automation initiatives designed to reduce physically demanding work and enhance inclusiveness, as well as synchronized production with customers aimed at minimizing inventory. At the Headquarters, future smart factory initiatives and new technologies in the core automotive seat business were presented, along with efforts to strengthen manufacturing competitiveness through development and testing. In the “Evolving” domain which is another focus of the visit, participants experienced Smart Shell, previously exhibited at the Automotive Engineering Exposition 2025 (Yokohama and Nagoya).

 Feedback from participants indicated deep satisfaction and an improved understanding of TACHI-S’ growth strategy and technological capabilities. The tour reinforced confidence among the participants that TVE Wave 2 2027 is progressing steadily.
 TACHI-S will continue proactive information disclosure and engagement with stakeholders as it advances its strategic initiatives.
