DX Strategy and Vision
We are promoting manufacturing DX based on data integration across the supply chain, in response to changes in the business environment.
Through DX, we aim to co-create new value across the entire supply chain together with our customers and business partners.

TACHI-S DX Strategy
We are driving transformation by leveraging digital technologies in harmony with advances in smart factory technologies, with the aim of continuing to be a company that is consistently chosen.
To support this, we are strengthening cross-functional data and operational integration through the development of our One Data Platform, enabling more data-driven decision-making and improving productivity.
These initiatives help us achieve our aim to achieve net sales of approximately 400 billion yen by FY2030. They will also contribute to sustainable growth and enhancement in corporate value.

Detailed DX Roadmap
To steadily advance our DX initiatives, we have established a detailed roadmap.
By FY2027, we are progressing the introduction of ERP and MES, while building a One Data Platform as the foundation to centralize data and enhance business integration. Through these efforts, we aim to improve productivity on a global basis and strengthen our competitiveness.
In addition, by advancing these initiatives, we seek to obtain DX Certification by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), as well as to be selected for the DX Stocks program jointly organized by the Tokyo Stock Exchange and METI, thereby enhancing objective evaluation of our DX initiatives and further increasing corporate value.

DX Promotion Structure
To ensure the steady execution of our DX strategy, we established a Digital Transformation Office in FY2025 and formulated our DX strategy.
Each functional department takes the lead in driving DX, promoting on-site business transformation and value creation. Meanwhile, the Digital Transformation Office supports various projects and facilitates cross-departmental data integration to accelerate these initiatives.

Initiatives to Realize DX Strategy
One Data Platform
We are working to build a framework that creates new business value by utilizing data accumulated in the One Data Platform to enhance company-wide decision-making and optimize operations.
In addition, by standardizing business transformation initiatives in each department as Global Standard Applications (GSA) and deploying them globally, we aim to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Through these efforts, we aim to achieve a 34% labor-saving rate in FY2030 compared to FY2024.

Digital Talent Development
We define “digital talent” as employees who leverage digital technologies to drive transformation, take initiative, and follow through on execution..
To develop such talent, the IT Department and the Digital Transformation Office collaborate to provide structured training programs and practical opportunities. Our goal is to train 100 employees to Digital Talent Level III by FY2030..
This will establish a system in which each function can independently promote DX, accelerating company-wide business transformation and value creation driven from the frontline.
