TACHI-S Co., Ltd. (President, CEO&COO: Yuichiro Yamamoto, Headquarters: Ome, Tokyo) held FY2026 initiation ceremony on April 1 at its Headquarters/Technical Monozukuri Center, Aichi Plant, and Suzuka Plant. A total of 41 new employees, together with members of management, representatives of the labor union, and other related parties, attended the ceremony.
Following the president's congratulatory address, labor union address, and new employee acknowledgements, the new employee representatives were handed their letters of appointment. In his message to the new employees, President Yamamoto encouraged them “to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds—including different nationalities, cultures, and values—while inspiring one another, learning together, creating value, and growing alongside their teammates.”
