Dongshi TACHI-S Automotive Seating (Dalian) Co., Ltd. Receives the 2026 Nissan Regional Quality Award

Dongshi TACHI-S Automotive Seating (Dalian) Co., Ltd.* (General Manager: Qingchun Kong; “Dalian DLT”), a Chinese joint venture of TACHI-S Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Yuichiro Yamamoto; Head Office: Ome, Tokyo), received ‘China Regional Award’ out of the 2026 Nissan Supplier Quality Award from Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company, Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. (“Dongfeng Nissan”) on August 25, 2026.

From 974 suppliers, one winner was selected in each of seven categories. Dalian DLT was recognized in the Interiors and Exteriors category, marking its third award, following the one awarded back in 2024. At the ceremony held at Dalian DLT, Mr. Higuchi, Deputy General Manager of Dongfeng Nissan’s Manufacturing Division, said: “We sincerely thank Dalian DLT for consistently maintaining industry-leading standards in production, quality, delivery and cost management, and for its significant contributions. We hope the company will continue to uphold the spirit of craftsmanship, achieve further breakthroughs in innovation in the areas of smart seats, lightweight materials and ergonomic, and provide us—as customer—with safer, more comfortable and more reliable products.”
