TACHI-S Co., Ltd. (President, CEO&COO: Yuichiro Yamamoto, Headquarters: Ome City, Tokyo) announces that it was certified as a DX-Certified Business Operator on September 1, 2026, under the Digital Transformation (DX) Certification Program established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), Japan.
The DX Certification Program is a national certification scheme based on the Act on the Promotion of Information Processing. Under the program, the Japanese government certifies businesses that meet the fundamental requirements of the Digital Governance Code and are recognized as having established the necessary foundations for promoting digital transformation (DX).
TACHI-S is advancing business transformation and enhancing corporate value through the effective use of data and digital technologies in response to changes in the business environment and rapid technological progress. In December 2025, the Company renewed its Global DX Strategy and has since been promoting initiatives such as strengthening its DX governance framework, driving business transformation through digital and AI technologies, expanding DX activities across global operations, and developing digital talent. The certification recognizes that the Company's publicly disclosed DX policies and strategies, governance framework, human resource development initiatives, cybersecurity measures, and other related efforts conform to the DX Certification standards.
Going forward, TACHI-S will continue to promote data and business process integration across departments and regions while striving to further enhance corporate value.
