TACHI-S Co., Ltd. (Representative Director & President: Yuichiro Yamamoto, Headquarters: Ome, Tokyo) hereby announces that the Company and Dongfeng Lear Automotive Seating Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Wuhan city, Hubei province, China. Legal representative: Luo Yuanhong, hereinafter referred to as Dongfeng LEAR) have agreed to change the investment ratio of joint ventures.
1. Reasons for Changes
TACHI-S has established joint ventures with Dongfeng Lear in manufacturing and sales of automotive seats since 2004 and have built a synergistic system in China under a friendly partnership. In order to quickly and flexibly respond to the environmental changes currently occurring in the automotive industry and to effectively utilize the strengths of both companies in business operations, the Company has decided to change the investment ratio in the joint ventures.
